Beros Grillhouse and Pizzeria in Blankenheim

The delivery time was twice exceeded, no apology from the driver, a pizza was wrong. Unfortunately no one answered the phone in the restaurant, so I couldn't complain about the wrong pizza. But I had paid for a more expensive pizza. Food was good. Pre-ordered for collection the second time, and a completely different impression. The food was great. Great variations of pizza, food ready to the minute and nice service.

Food is delicious and is always delivered on time. Unfortunately, the wrong burgers have been delivered to us several times.

Nice then, as a truck driver you are in Nettersheim, you have to order for at least 35 euros if they want to bring it ..... I never eat food for 35 euros on my own. Now if there were several where I could order but they are the only ones around here. Conclusion: no food

Marijke and I have been going here regularly for 5 years. The food is really tasty and the service is good. We think it's good that you can pick up your food because of Corona. So far, I haven't had anything to complain about, and everyone who sits on the sofa and expects the delivery to take place at the speed of light, let me say: Just pick it up yourself, then there is no problem that something is forgotten or the driver can get through the wilderness have to fight. No matter what others write here, we like it and the service is great. By the way (Sunday November 22nd, 2020 7:30 pm) we will get a "complete" kebab plate with "onion music ........"

When I called me on the phone, he told me everything is halal, but after ordering pastry, I saw that they sent a pizza with pork.

Eating cold and not tasting at all! Also waited over 2 hours!

Not recommended at all, my friend ate a burger there and then struggled with food poisoning for 1 week because the meat was not ok. Please watch out.

If you order something for delivery, it will only come about 2 hours later. By then you will be hungry

Delicious food, best kebab in Blankenheim

Not recommended if you don't want to wait more than 1 hour for your meal. The taste was great, but unfortunately the shop was totally contaminated with "flies" which were very annoying while waiting for the food and while eating.

+ fries weren't oversalted - the waiter took long to even take our orders, had to take the drink order twice when we asked to have a burger without milk, cheese etc., the waiter said it was "no problem"- then a burger with a thick mayonaise came and neither waiter nor cook seemed to understand even what our issue was. the waiter shoul've just told us that it wasn't possible to make a burger without the mayonaise but not pretend like it'll all be possible and then not deliver the waiter didn't speak German too well, didn't understand a lot of things right away salad was drained in sauce

We ordered from the campsite. Out of 11 only 8 arrived + a wrong jumbo pizza. After 2 1/2 hours the last 3 pizzas came plus the demand that we should pay the € 12.50 for the wrongly delivered pizza. Absolute cheek. The pizzas were okay. Due to the monopoly at Lieferando, the shop will certainly hold up, but it's just such poor service that it doesn't seem to be uncommon.

Pizza was okay but missing a few pizzas. After delivery, money was asked for a pizza that we hadn't ordered ... I cannot recommend the store

Pizza was ordered by phone, after 1.5 hours there was still no delivery ...! So can't comment on the food but delivery times are underground

Normally we intend to give 5 stars, unless there are multiple reasons not to. We deduct the following: -0,5 star: dubbel espresso served in a dirty cup, cold, and no trace of freshly grinded beans, tasted like coffee powder dissolved in a small amount of water; -0,5 star: as we are guests in Germany, we tried to order in German, however, the waiter decided to act like he didn’t understand us; -1,0 star: we waited 50 minutes for our pizzas to arrive. This only happened because we challenged the kitchen staff, bypassing the waiter that served us; -0,5 star: personnel was wearing mouth masks, but did not cover their noses; -0,5 star: pizza’s contained way to much salt. -1,0 star: we asked for the bill. This also turned out to be a big challenge to deliver to us on time. When we decided to do the math ourselves and leave a tip (which was not deserved, but less time consuming), the waiters noticed but made no effort to apologize or make any contact.

Took almost an hour before we got 2 pizzas. They forgot our order. Operation was unfriendly. Pizzas too salty. Espresso cup dirty. In the end, the bill took far too long. Never again.

Almost 2 hours delivery time (30min later than agreed) ... which would not have been a problem in itself, if you would have reported it or even better you would have answered the phone! Driver was very rude and when asked if you could get cutlery for the salad (which was delivered to Freilingersee), there was a dirty plastic fork from the glove compartment! The pizza was already cold but okay in taste. The fries were cold Rubber and inedible. The cola was not delivered (but also did not have to be paid 😅) The kebab was without sauce and still mushy!

It took them over three hours to deliver food. And the driver brazenly drove the price up. One star is 20 stars too many

Very tasty restaurant, but it has a fly problem like any other restaurant here. Please pay more attention in the future, moreover we were not directed to our places = had to ask ourselves. Was ignored and had to ask for our meal cards. Still everything, super delicious food!

Came here for an early dinner, ordered a schnitzel asperagus, which was a surprisingly nice dish with unique flavor, and even at a great price. Our order took quite long but still, this is a good place to eat

Had a nice meal yesterday for the little hunger during a motorcycle tour. Took a bit long before the currywurst was served with fries.

On motorbike trip Easter weekend we stumbled across this place for lunch and glad we did, friendly staff and freshly cooked food plenty on plates and great value if in region would use again
